Boys: Batesville places 3rd out of 8 teams (98 points) in Division 1

  • Individually, Levi Essick led the Bulldogs placing 6th at 18:04 with Ethan Raschulte right behind him in 7th place at 18:08. Cash Myers placed 16th (18:55) as the third runner coming through for Batesville. Finishing out the top 7 for the Bulldogs were: Brody Gibson, 36th (19:40) with Ryan Benz to follow in 37th (19:43), Tripp Hertel in 50th (21:25) and Lucas Gadberry, 52nd (21:46)

Girls: Batesville places 1st in Division 1 (20 points)

  • Ava Wade and sophomore Jayla Bedel leading the way coming in 2nd and 3rd respectively at personal best times of 19:49 and 19:50. Sam Adams was the 3rd Bulldog to cross the line in 5th place at 20:57, followed by Francesca Myers in 7th at 21:06 and Caitlin Raver (21:16), Paige Allgeier (21:23) and Maycee Holtkamp (21:53) close behind her in 8th-10th. Others receiving awards by placing in the top 20 were: Lexi Harris (22:31), Aubrey Weberding (22:50), Jade Martin (22:53), Charlotte Trossman (22:53) and Reillee Adams (23:12), placing 15-18 and 20th.

Rising Sun placed 2nd out of four teams in Division 2. 

  • Josie Wenning (OA): placed 3rd overall (22:22.4)
  • Sydnie Lawwill (RS): placed 12th overall (22:57.5)

 

Franklin Community Invite

East Central girls finished in 6th place

East Central boys inished in 17th place

  • Callie Bentley finished 4th overall out of 205 racers.

 

GIRLS GOLF

Batesville places 8th out of 21 teams today in the IHSGCA Hall of Fame Invitational hosted by The Legends Golf Club. Bulldog Senior Ava South places T-8 with a 75 (+3).
