EC’s Koelling, Collinsworth Earn All-State Honors

Two East Central Trojans boys basketball players have earned All-State honors.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – Two East Central Trojans boys basketball players have earned All-State honors.

The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association released its Senior All-State and Underclass All-State selections for the 2017-18 season on Thursday.

Trojans senior Tyler Koelling was named Senior All-State Honorable Mention. Koelling battled injuries throughout the season but still managed to lead the EIAC in scoring at 22.8 points per game.

Freshman Luke Collinsworth also earned honorable mention among underclassmen. The Trojans’ big man had a spectacular freshman season averaging 14.7 points and 9.1 rebounds per game in the EIAC.
