Roden totaled 28 goals and 14 assists during his junior season.

(St. Leon, Ind.) - It was a big year for JT Roden.
The East Central High School soccer star received Second Team All-State honors from the Indiana Soccer Coaches Association earlier this week.
"I am blessed to receive Second Team All-State honors today," Roden said in a Twitter post. "I am so grateful for my coaches and teammates for a fantastic season!!"
Roden scored 28 goals as a junior, which was tops among players at 3A schools in the state, according to MaxPreps. He added 14 assists on his way to being named EIAC Offensive Player of the Year.
Roden was also named EIAC All-Conference and First Team All-District, helping lead the Trojans to an EIAC championship and sectional championship.
While Roden stars as a winger and center forward on the soccer pitch, he also excels in the classroom with a 3.5 GPA.
Roden is also an accomplished club soccer player, competing with several area teams since 2012 including his most current club team Cincinnati United Premier 04 Gold.
