Several NKY schools qualified for the Eastern Nationals.

LOUISVILLE - The Cooper High School Archery Team placed 10th out of 157 high schools at the NASP State Bullseye Tournament in Louisville.
The Jags had a team score of 3340, which was tops in school history at the state tournament.
For the first time, Cooper had an individual place. Addison Beach finished 4th (out of 1,567) in overall high school girls with a score of 291 and received a NASP State Archery Plaque.
Several other northern Kentucky schools competed at the event:
- Simon Kenton, 24th, national qualifier
- Walton-Verona, 26th, national qualifier
- Conner, 31st, national qualifier
- Ryle, 46th, national qualifier
- St. Henry, 74th, national qualifier
- Dixie Heights, 79th, national qualifier
- Boone County, 103rd, national qualifier
In the State 3D Tournament, Conner High School was the top placed team from the area at 16th out of 74 teams. They qualified for nationals with the following local schools.
- Walton-Verona, 17th, national qualifier
- Ryle, 30th, national qualifier
- Notre Dame Academy, 32nd, national qualifier
- Boone County, 36th, national qualifier
- St. Henry, 39th, national qualifier
- Cooper, 40th, national qualifier
The Eastern National 3D and Bullseye Tournaments will be held on May 7 in Louisville.
