Wreaths Across America Coming to Harrison

Xi Eta Iota, Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, is partnering with the American Legion, VFW, and Wreaths Across America.

(Harrison, Oh.) - Xi Eta Iota, Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, is partnering with the American Legion, VFW, and Wreaths Across America to recognize veterans at Glen Haven Cemetery in Harrison. 

The commemorative event is scheduled for December 13. 

Glen Haven Cemetery will host a Wreaths Across America ceremony as one of over 4,900 locations nationwide. 

Local volunteers, coordinated by Xi Eta Iota Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi and in partnership with Yeager-Benson Post 199 American Legion and VFW Duwel Post 7570, will place 350 veterans' wreaths on the graves of deceased service members. 

The event supports the mission to Remember, Honor and Teach, preserving the legacy of those who served. 

Wreath placement will be from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on December 13. A ceremony will be held at 1:00.
