Wind Advisory For Tri-State Wednesday

Wind gusts could reach up to 55 mph on Wednesday.

(Wilmington, Oh.) – Hold on to your hats.

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for the entire tri-state area. The advisory will remain in effect until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Meteorologists expect 20 to 30 mph winds with gusts up to 55 mph. Those winds are bringing cooler weather as well. Today’s high is 55 but temperatures are expected to fall to around 42 degrees by 4:00.

Winds could blow around unsecured objects, tree limbs could fall, and power outages are possible.

Motorists are advised to use extra caution, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle.
