A quick response kept the fire from spreading.

(Dillsboro, Ind.) - Dillsboro Volunteer Fire Department and Friendship Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched for mutual aid for a brush fire that occurred on Saturday.
The fire broke out around 5:27 p.m. along Sangamaw Road.
Upon arrival, the main body of the fire had been controlled.
Units provided perimeter overhaul extinguishing hot spots. No injuries were reported.
"Please be diligent if you feel the urge to do some spring cleaning and burn some brush," reads a statement from Friendship Volunteer Fire Department.
