(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Questions remain after a portion of a Lawrenceburg restaurant barge sank into the Ohio River earlier this week.
The Tiki Bar barge at Riverwatch Restaurant in Lawrenceburg sank into the Ohio River on Sunday, but how it happened remains unknown.
Eagle Country 99.3 received a tip on Tuesday stating that the missing tiki bar had floated down the river and into the Aurora Marina.
Aurora Police did not confirm that report to be true.
As for Riverwatch, the restaurant’s main barge remains afloat. The Riverwatch Restaurant has not yet opened for the 2018 season.
