Versailles Business Heavily Damaged by Fire

(Versailles, Ind.) – A Versailles business suffered major damage on Thursday afternoon.

Versailles Firefighters responded to a fire at the Versailles Laundry Mate on S. Adams Street.

Firefighters were able to contain the fire from spreading to nearby structures, but the business sustained major damage. A cause of the fire is unknown at this time. 

Versailles Fire Rescue was assisted at the scene by Osgood VFD, Versailles PD, Sunman PD and the Ripley County Sheriff's Office.
