UPDATE: Missing 28-Year-Old Has Been Located

Joshua Lively has been safely located in Cincinnati.

Lively's family has been notified.

(Boone Co., Ky.) - The Boone County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help to locate a missing 28-year-old man.

Joshua M. Lively, 28, was reported missing on Sunday, July 5, but has not been seen or heard from since Friday, July 3.

Lively is described as a white male, approximately 5’7”, 205 pounds with green eyes and brown hair that covers his ears. He was last seen wearing a royal blue colored shirt, a shell necklace, blue sweatpants, black tennis shoes and a purple and gray hoodie tied around his waist.

The 28-year-old does not have a vehicle but rides a red mountain bike. 

It is unknown where he could be heading.

The Boon County Sheriff's Officer reports that Lively's family said "Joshua is possibly paranoid, delusional, manic and hasn’t taken his medication in several days."

If you have any information on Lively's whereabouts, please call 911 immediately. 

Lively will be entered into NCIC as a missing adult.
