The Boone County Sheriff's Office says all lanes of Burlington Pike/KY 18 have reopened to traffic at the fire scene.
WLWT-TV has reported that there were no corpses being kept in Linnemann Funeral Home at the time of the fire.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Burlington Fire Protection District.

Fire crews continue to battle a large fire at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington.
The blaze was so intense it caused the roof of the business to collapse. As the flames and smoke died down, the building appeared to have been heavily damaged.
The funeral home posted on its Facebook page that the visitation for Rosario Molica has been moved to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Aurora Casket Company tweeted "Our thoughts and prayers are with Linnemann Funeral Home."
A cause of the fire is not known.

(Burlington, Ky.) – Firefighters from Burlington and Hebron are responding to a fire at a funeral home.
The fire was reported just before 10:00 a.m. at Linnemann Funeral Home at 1940 Burlington Pike/KY 18 in Burlington.
Smoke was seen coming from the building, witnesses said.
