Police say the juveniles were trying door handles on parked cars early Wednesday morning

(Delhi Township, Oh.) - Early Wednesday morning, Delhi Township Police were dispatched to the Veridian Apartments in the 5000 block of Delhi Road after receiving a report of two individuals trying door handles on parked vehicles.
The suspects were located shortly after the report came in and were approached by officers before fleeing on foot.
Officers were able to quickly take both suspects into custody.
The suspects are juveniles, ages 13 and 14. One of the juveniles has a previous arrest from May of this year after stealing a vehicle and crashing it into a utility pole.
Both juveniles are charged with Criminal Mischief and Curfew Violations before being transported to the Juvenile Detention Center.
Delhi Township Police do not believe any thefts occurred.
