(Batesville, Ind.) - Batesville area residents can get their needed chick feed, feeding troughs, and boots at a planned, new farm store.

First Sentry Properties has signed a new lease with Tractor Supply Company for 25,000 square feet at the former Shopko space at Cross County Plaza. The new Tractor Supply Company is expected to open in the fall, according to a news release from The Leathery Company, a partner in First Sentry.

In addition to TSC, the property owner has signed a lease with a new AT&T wireless store. That business is slated to open in September.

The developer says another lease for a second anchor tenant at Cross County Plaza is in the works.

A new Gordmans store opened this past spring at the plaza along State Road 229 just north of  Interstate 74.
