Many community members and organizations are helping with the annual event to feed those in need.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – The Community Project and Grand Buffet will be hosting the 8th annual Feeding Those in Need on Wednesday, November 27.
This year, The Community Project will be feeding 780 individuals across Dearborn and Ohio counties.
Approximately 20 volunteers have stepped up to help assemble meals and pack desserts, while 27 delivery teams will take meals to 218 homes.
Grand Buffet generously donates all side items, while freshly fried chicken will be picked up from the Lawrenceburg and Harrison Kroger locations.
The Community Project works with local churches, schools, INCompass Healthcare, the Clearinghouse and SEIOC to identify those in need.
The Dearborn Adult Center has offered their facility Monday through Wednesday next week to prepare and pull off this event.
The Community Project is able to purchase the chicken, the to-go containers, the bags, and make a monetary donation to the Adult Center (for use of their space) from our creative fundraising & donations received throughout the year.
