(Guilford, Ind.) - The temporary traffic light on State Road 1 has been removed.

INDOT Southeast announced Tuesday afternoon that State Road 1 has reopened to two lanes near the covered bridge in Guilford. The road had been reduced to one lane for multiple months due to a slide repair project.

Crews will continue work over the next couple of weeks.

Motorists are advised to watch for flaggers when traveling through the work zone.
