The fundraising gala will be held on January 31.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - St. Lawrence School is proud to announce the launch of its Alumni of the Year Award, to be presented at the school’s 7th annual marquee fundraising event, Celebrate St. Lawrence, on January 31 at the Lawrenceburg Event Center.
This year's theme is Casino Royale.
The Alumni of the Year Award honors graduates of both St. Lawrence Catholic School in Lawrenceburg and St. Mary’s School in Aurora who exemplify the mission and values of a St. Lawrence / St. Mary’s education and have a positive impact on their community. Nominees must have graduated 8th grade prior to 2017, and demonstrate leadership, service, faith-based involvement, integrity, excellence and impact in their communities or professions.
Nomination submissions are now being accepted through the school website and are due by November 15. Winners will be notified the week of December 1.
At the Celebrate St. Lawrence Gala, the award presentation will be among the evening’s highlights—alongside dinner, casino-style games, live and silent auctions, music, and a celebration of the St. Lawrence community- Dearborn county’s only PK-8 Catholic school. St. Lawrence welcomes all of our friends, family, and community supporters to attend our event.
“We are thrilled to launch this new Alumni of the Year Award as a way to recognize the outstanding contributions of our graduates,” said Dave Caldwell, Principal of St. Lawrence School. “Our alumni live out the values of faith, service, and excellence long after leaving our halls, and this award gives us the opportunity to celebrate their impact of our schools 157-year legacy in a meaningful way.”
