The incident took place Monday night.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Firefighters from three agencies responded to the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center on Monday.
Around 9:05 p.m., Lawrenceburg Fire Department was called for a report of smoke in the area near the jail.
After a quick investigation, the source of the smoke was located in a cold air return.
The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office reports that no damage was done to the building and no staff or inmates were injured.
Aurora and Greendale firefighters also responded to the scene.
