SEIREMC Announces Director Election Results

Three incumbent directors were re-elected.

(Osgood, Ind.) - The results of the 2022 Director Election were announced during Southeastern Indiana REMC’s annual membership meeting on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at South Ripley High School in Versailles.

Jesse McClure (District 4), Melissa Menchhofer (District 5), and Casey Menchhofer (District 9), all incumbent directors, were all re-elected for a three-year term on the board of directors.

“Each of these members have been a great asset to the REMC board of directors and we look forward to the opportunity to continue working with them for another three-year term,” said Mike Thieman, president of the board of directors.

Immediately following the annual meeting, the board of directors held a reorganizational meeting to elect the board officers. Mike Thieman (District 6) was re-elected as president, Melissa Menchhofer (District 5) was re-elected as vice president, Jesse McClure (District 4) was re-elected as secretary, and Vince Moster (District 1) was re-elected as treasurer.
