(St. Leon, Ind.) - East Central High School improvement projects got underway on Monday.

According to the Sunman-Dearborn Community School Corporation, a significant portion of East Central High School will be closed to public access due to summer projects.

The closure is necessary to complete the parking lot reconfiguration and replacement of several rooftop HVAC units.

As part of this work, Doors 8 through 15 will be closed and inaccessible to the public. As result, the East Central High School main office will temporarily relocate to East Central Middle School.

The Sunman-Dearborn Central Office will temporarily operate from North Dearborn Elementary School.

All visitors to East Central High School for summer programs must enter through the Athletic Entrance – Door 17. This includes those attending events in the Performing Arts Center or other summer activities.

Natatorium will continue to use Door 18.

Regular office locations are expected to be back in place by Monday, July 21, if work stays on schedule.
