One Dead in West Harrison House Fire

The fire took place early Saturday morning.

(West Harrison, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a structure fire at 344 Pinhook Road in West Harrsion early this morning.

Upon arrival the residence was totally engulfed in flames. A body was later located in the residence and it is believed to be the lone resident.

The victim has yet to be identified. 

The State Fire Marshall was called to assist with the investigation along with the Dearborn County Coroner's Office.

Several fire departments were at the scene and extinguished the fire.
