Ohio County Tourism Announces 2026 Marketing Grants

Not-for-profit organizations that generate tourism and overnight stays to Rising Sun/Ohio County are eligible to apply.

(Rising Sun, Ind.) - Ohio County Tourism, Inc. is pleased to announce that their 2026 Marketing Grant application period is now open for submissions.

Not-for-profit organizations that generate tourism and overnight stays to Rising Sun/Ohio County are eligible to apply. The purpose of tourism marketing grants is to help defray costs for brochures, posters, advertising, signs, banners, etc. All events must be held in Rising Sun/Ohio County in 2026. 

Grant applications are available at the Visitors Center on Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. E-mail requests for applications can be made through Kendal Miller, Ohio County Tourism Executive Director, at kendal@enjoyrisingsun.com. The Visitors Center is located at 217 N. High Street in Rising Sun. 

The deadline to apply is Friday, December 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Notification of grant awards will be made on or before February 27, 2026.
