The grant is administered through the Ohio County Community Foundation.

(Ohio County, Ind.) - Ohio County 911 has been awarded the 2025 Celebration Grant from the Ohio County Community Foundation.
Funding from the grant was used to purchase a new server that brings technological upgrades to the 911 center, including the ability to offer Smart911 to community members.
Smart911 allows residents to create a free, secure safety profile that gives first responders critical information during an emergency. Details like your address, medical conditions, medications, mobility concerns, pets, or emergency contacts can help us respond faster and more accurately when seconds truly matter.
Ohio County residents are encouraged to sign up at https://www.smart911.com/smart911/ref/reg.action...
"This grant is an investment in public safety, and we’re grateful to the Ohio County Community Foundation for helping us better serve our community," reads a statement from Ohio County 911.
