A Taylor Mill man has been indicted for allegedly stabbing a man during a July 21 bar fight in Florence.

(Florence, Ky.) - The suspect in a deadly bar fight in Florence has been charged with murder.
Ishmail Tariq Powell, 41, of Taylor Mill, was indicted Tuesday in Boone County on a host of charges: Murder, Attempted Murder, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Persistent Felony Offender in the 1st Degree.
Florence Police say Powell stabbed Stephen Dodson to death during a large fight at Papa's Pub back on July 21. Dodson, 31, was from Jonesville, Kentucky.
Powell is also accused of stabbing another person in the bar fight. That person was hospitalized but quickly released from the hospital.
Powell is now in the Boone County Jail.
