Mega Millions Jackpot Jumps to $540 Million

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Mega Millions jackpot is growing yet again, this time to the point of becoming the largest lottery jackpot in world history. 

 

The top prize for Friday night's drawing is now an estimated $540 million, with a cash option of $389 million.  

 

Mega Millions is played in 42 states and the District of Columbia. 

 

The drawing will be held on Friday at 11:00 p.m.
