Main Street Aurora Welcomes Four New Businesses To Downtown

Four ribbon cutting ceremonies were held on Small Business Saturday.

(Aurora, Ind.) - Four new businesses have been welcomed to downtown Aurora.

Main Street Aurora celebrated Small Business Saturday on November 28 with four ribbon cuttings at the following businesses:

  • The 2nd floor expansion of Krypto’s Comix, 311 Second Street
  • The Aurora Diner, 339 Second Street
  • Big Indian Woodworking, 406 Second Street
  • Norwood Custom Glass Studio, 511 Second Street

The four ribbon cuttings brought the total of new businesses opening in downtown Aurora this year to 10.

Future ribbon cuttings will be held for Alejandra’s Mexican Restaurant (formerly Tequila’s), Farmers Insurance, and J. Miller Steak Company.

Main Street Aurora encourages the community to shop downtown Aurora and support our local retail, specialty, and restaurants during the holiday season and throughout the coming year.
