The 555 along U.S. 50 is a 15-thousand-square-foot, two-story property that is undergoing a substantial interior and exterior transformation.
MRCPL Properties says office space is available now. Some suites are existing professional buildouts getting new carpet and paint. Others are vanilla shell with room for custom configuration.
The commercial building previously served as a medical office building.
