Lohmiller Father, Son Businesses Merge

Both companies are now operating under the Lohmiller Enterprises umbrella.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Father and Son from two local companies, Lohmiller Contracting Services and Lohmiller Real Estate announced this week that the two companies have merged. They are both now operating under Lohmiller Enterprises umbrella.

Lohmiller Real Estate is currently a leading force in the southeastern Indiana real estate market. With four offices strategically placed around the tri-state area for home buyers, sellers and investors alike. Lohmiller Contracting Service’s expertise lies in general contracting with over 35 years of experience. The merger has come about in order to better serve both companies clients.

Lohmiller Real Estate (LRE) is a full service real estate brokerage licensed in IN, OH & KY. With over 70 agents and 5 offices LRE is well equipped to serve their clients. LRE has been operating for nearly 7 years. The broker/owner Andrew Lohmiller has been a Realtor for 16 years.

Lohmiller Real Estate’s CEO Andrew Lohmiller said, “I’m very excited to be able to work closer with my father Thomas Lohmiller, the President of Lohmiller Contracting Services.’’

Lohmiller Contracting Services (LCS) was established in 1986. LCS is family owned and operated. The owner, Tom, and his family have been in the area for generations and have been involved in the construction and contracting business all the while.

Thomas Lohmiller the President of Lohmiller Contracting says, “The merger will help LRE’s customers immediately get in touch with a reliable contractor to better prepare homes that are for sale or help a new buyer fix up their dream home.’’

What makes this business venture even more exciting is that Karen Clare the marketing manager for LRE has also been the creative marketing director for her parent’s business LCS.
