(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Southeast Indiana state lawmakers will be in Lawrenceburg in April to review the 2024 state legislative season.

The Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Post-Legislative Luncheon presented by Duke Energy on Thursday, April 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Ivy Tech Riverfront Campus in Lawrenceburg.

State Representative Randy Lyness (R-West Harrison) and State Senator Randy Maxwell (R-Guilford) are expected to speak at the event and answer questions about what they accomplished at the legislative session this year.

“The Chamber plays a critical role in connecting local leaders and businesses to key decision makers at all levels of government,” said Kylie Foster, government and community relations manager for Duke Energy. “We’re happy to support an event where the community can hear from our state legislators and learn about their work in the recent legislative session.”

The event is free and open to the public thanks to the support of Duke Energy. Lunch will be provided by Savor the Flavor courtesy of Ivy Tech. In order to attend, registration is required.

To register, visit dearborncountychamber.org or call 812-537-0814. You can also reserve your spot by emailing Chamber President Eric Kranz ekranz@dearborncountychamber.org
