Laurel Man Accused Of Possessing Child Pornography

(Laurel, Ind.) – A Franklin County man is accused of possession of child pornography.

Indiana State Police detectives received a tip from the National Center for Missing or Exploited Children on Tuesday.

The tip led to a search warrant being served at a home on the 10700 block of Stone Church Road in Laurel.

As a result of the investigation, Kyle Martin Lee Roy Monroe, 22, was arrested on five counts of Possession of Child Pornography, all level 5 felonies.

Monroe was transported to the Franklin County Jail where he awaits his initial appearance in Franklin County Circuit Court.
