The fire started just before 6:00 p.m. Friday evening.

(Aurora, Ind.) - A large fire broke out at an apartment building in Aurora Friday evening.
Multiple agencies reported to the blaze at Exporting and Third streets just before 6:00 p.m.
Everyone inside the apartment building was able to escape the blaze without injury. However, one pet was unable to be rescued.
A cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Indiana State Fire Marshall.
Assisting at the scene were firefighters from Aurora, Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Hogan Township and Bright.
