Six people were injured in the two-vehicle crash on Monday morning.

(Carroll County, Ky.) - Six people were injured in an accident in Carroll County.
Kentucky State Police were called to the accident late Monday morning on KY 36.
The preliminary investigation shows that a dump truck was stopped in the eastbound lane of KY 36 for an active work zone. A utility truck was traveling east and for unknown reasons was unable to stop before striking the dump truck.
The driver of the dump truck was not transported for medical care, but the driver and five passengers of the utility truck were transported to various hospitals with unknown injuries.
The names of those involved were not released as the accident remains under investigation.
