ISP-Versailles Troopers, Motor Carrier Inspector Honored for Job Performance

Indiana State Police held their annual awards ceremony today.

(Versailles, Ind.) – Three Indiana State Police – Versailles Post employees were honored today for a job well done in 2023.

Indiana State Police held its annual award ceremony to recognize top performing troopers, motor carrier inspectors, and professional staff personnel.

Trooper Payton Utterback was named Trooper of the Versailles District for his excellent work in the areas of criminal investigations and traffic enforcement.

The DUI Award was given to Trooper Clayton Saltzman for his dedication to making Versailles District roadways safer by pursuing those who are operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The Ralph R. Reed Motor Carrier Inspector of the Year went to Master Motor Carrier Inspector Mary Eglen. She is primarily assigned to I-65 Northbound Scales near Seymour.
