(Osgood, Ind.) – The revitalization of a mini park in Osgood has been completed.

On Saturday, Iron Timbers unveiled their work at Osgood Lions Club Mini Park.

Iron Timbers began working on the project in March to build a 40-foot interactive sculpture of the town’s name out of steel, teak wood, and hammered copper.

The mini park project also included new state of the art landscaping, and a mural on the nearby Taylor’s Tae Kwon Do building.

The project was funded by the Reynolds Foundation and community donations.

Iron Timbers released the following statement on their Facebook page:

“We thank God for this wonderful experience! Over the past months, we have been working on this interactive sculpture for our hometown, Osgood. We are deeply grateful and thankful for the wonderful opportunity to create something beautiful for our small town. We want to thank everyone who has played a pivotal role in using their time, talents, and resources to transform this space into what it is in just a short period of time.”

Iron Timbers specializes in custom wood and metalworks to create custom interior furnishings.
