The patching and repaving project causing backups on U.S. 50 will continue for another week.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Road crews will be back on U.S. 50 in Lawrenceburg this week.

Dave O'Mara Contractors spent the weekend, April 26-28, working overnights patching and repaving the highway through downtown Lawrenceburg.

The Indiana Department of Transportation says more nighttime work will take place through downtown Lawrenceburg this week. Work could eventually shift to U.S. 50 between Hollywood Boulevard in Lawrenceburg and the I-275 ramp in Greendale.

You can expect lane restrictions and delays from 7:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. each night and morning.
