The donation will be matched 2-for-1 by the Lilly Endowment, increasing total Batesville-area investment to $150K.

(Batesville, Ind.) - Hillenbrand (NYSE: HI) announced it has redirected a $50,000 donation to the Ripley County Community Foundation’s Hillenbrand, Inc. Community Granting Fund from the Partner With Possibility Fund.
This move enables the funds to be eligible for a $100,000 match from the Lilly Foundation’s Giving Indiana Funds for Tomorrow (GIFT) program, bringing the total community investment to $150,000.
“Hillenbrand is proud to be an Indiana-based company and thrilled to support the initiatives of organizations within the Batesville area who provide vital services to our community,” said Kim Ryan, President and CEO of Hillenbrand. “Our dollars, combined with the match from the Lilly Endowment’s GIFT program, amplifies our ability to make a meaningful impact, and we look forward to seeing the positive changes fostered through the grants.”

The Hillenbrand, Inc. Community Granting Fund was created to generate grants to serve nonprofits around the Batesville, Indiana area.
