(Boone County, Ky.) - A Hebron man has been indicted on one count of Attempted Murder.
Dale Good, 19, of Hebron, was indicted by a Boone County Grand Jury on Tuesday for his role in a shootout on Rabbit Hash Road on May 24.
Investigators say Good shot Hunter Brock, 24, of Union, in the chest shortly after Brock engaged in a fight with Kenneth Good, 36, of Hebron.
Brock would fire back striking both Dale and Kenneth Good with multiple gunshot wound.
Kenneth Good transported to UC Medical Center where he pronounced dead three days later. Dale Good was treated and released a week later. He was taken into custody on July 8 on an Indictment Warrant and transported to the Boone County Detention Center. Good's bond has been set at $100,000.
Hunter Brock has since been treated and released.
No other charges have been filed at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
