(Harrison, Oh.) - Target is the headliner, but Harrison Town Center has added two more big names to the multi-million-dollar development along Harrison Avenue.
The City of Harrison has announced that TJ Maxx and Chase Bank have signed leases, joining an already strong lineup of national and regional businesses.
There are now nine confirmed Harrison Town Center tenants: Target, Aldi, TJ Maxx, Chase Bank, Five Below, Tropical Smoothie, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Esther Price and Fifth Third Bank.
TJ Maxx will occupy approximately 25,000 square feet and is expected to bring approximately 45 to 50 new jobs to Harrison. Chase Bank will occupy approximately 3,100 square feet and is expected to bring approximately 15 new jobs.
The entire development is expected to bring 575 new jobs to Harrison.
"Harrison has continued to show that there is a real demand for new retail, dining and services in our community," said Mayor Ryan Grubbs. "To see this development continue to fill in with businesses that people know and want to have close to home is really exciting. We are grateful to Midland Atlantic for their continued investment in Harrison, and we are excited about what this development will mean for our community for years to come."
Sitework at Harrison Town Center is approximately 90 percent complete. The development is expected to be fully built out by the second quarter of 2028, with some businesses expected to begin opening in August 2027. Target is currently planning to open in October 2027.
All available spaces have been leased or are in final negotiations.
