Crisis in Command Synopsis

Scheller resigned from the Marine Corps at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel after witnessing what he called "a poorly planned and executed Afghanistan withdrawal."

He served five military deployments in Ramadi, Paktika, and Ghazni. Over his military career, Scheller earned three Meritorious Service Medals, three Nave Commendations, two Navy Commendation with "V" for Valor, Bronze Star, and Combat Action Ribbon.
