(Aurora, Ind.) - First responders were dispatched to the Ohio River at Aurora on Monday morning for a water rescue.
According to Dearborn County Dispatch, a juvenile was reported in the Ohio River at Lesko Park around 7:59 a.m.
Upon arrival, the juvenile was located about 10 feet from the shore.
Lawrenceburg Fire Department deployed their Water Rescue Unit to retrieve the juvenile and bring him to safety. EMS was also on scene.
It is unknown how the juvenile ended up in the river.
