Erlanger Man Arrested For Sodomy, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia

(Erlanger, Ky.) – An Erlanger man has been arrested after he reportedly sodomized a 14-year-old male.

Edward Hernandez, 21, was arrested on Sunday and charged with ten counts of Sodomy 1st degree (Class B felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A misdemeanor).

According to the Boone County Sheriff's Office, Hernandez engaged in unlawful sexual acts with the victim a total of 10 times during a one-year period, including at the victim’s home in the early morning hours of January 27th.

During questioning, Hernandez allegedly provided a full confession to the sex acts. Hernandez was also allegedly found in possession of a backpack that contained a glass pipe and a grinder with marijuana residue.

He is currently held in the Boone County Detention Center on $100,000 cash bond.
