Enjoy A Touch Of Americana At Friendship Flea Market Fall Show

Indiana's most unique flea market returns September 11-19.

(Friendship, Ind.) – Indiana’s most unique flea market and antique show returns to Friendship this weekend.

The Friendship Flea Market Fall Show starts Saturday, September 11 and runs through Sunday, September 19.

The annual flea market and antique show was first held in August of 1968 with 14 vendors. Today, the event has grown to feature over 500 vendor spaces.

Held two times a year, the Friendship Flea Market features unlimited treasures such as furniture, knives, guns, antiques, jewelry, clothes, tools, and more.

Booths open daily at 9:00 a.m. Vendors typically shut down between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m.

Food vendors will be on hand each day, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Friendship Flea Market also features nightly campfires with live music. The fall music scheduled is as follows:

  • Bourbon Road Band / Friday, September 10 / 8:00 PM – Midnight
  • Linda Smith Band / Saturday, September 11 / 7:00 – 11:00 PM
  • Keith Swinney Band / Friday, September 17 / 8:00 PM – Midnight
  • Wildheart Band / Saturday, September 18 / 8:00 PM – Midnight

The Friendship Flea Market is free to attend. However, there is a $3 parking fee.

Longtime parking attendant, Lillian Young will be greeting visitors at the gate once again this fall. Lillian makes the trip to Friendship twice a year, traveling 263 miles from her Dutch Valley, Tennessee home. She started coming to Friendship when she was 63. She turned 96 in June.
