INDIANAPOLIS – Lanesville won the game, but an East Central High School student stole the show on Saturday at the IHSAA Girls Basketball State Finals.
Chloe Stewart had the privilege of singing the “Star-Spangled Banner” before the IHSAA Girls Basketball Class 1A State Championship Game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
“This young lady is incredibly talented and I’m so thankful she is able to share her gift at many of our home games. Well deserved opportunity for a great kid at this year’s IHSAA championship stage,” said East Central athletic director Kevin Moore.
