(St. Leon, Ind.) - Improvements are coming to the East Central High School parking lot.
As part of continued upgrades across the school corporation in 2025, a project aimed at enhancing safety and streamlining traffic flow will take place this summer.
The project will focus on a parent drop-off and pick-up area, staff parking, student parking, and pedestrian safety.
- Parent Drop-Off & Pick-Up: A dedicated area to ensure smooth and safe drop-offs, keeping student pedestrians and vehicles separate and expanded space for cars at dismissal time.
- Staff Parking: Reserved spots for our hardworking team, ensuring easy access and less congestion.
- Student Parking: Expanded and clearly marked spaces for students, improving organization.
- Pedestrian Safety: New direct walking paths to eliminate crossing through vehicle traffic zones.
