Dillsboro Man Convicted, Sentenced for Intimidation

This is his second Intimidation conviction this year.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – Sentencing has been handed down in an intimidation case.

Billy Luke was convicted last Wednesday by a Dearborn County Jury on three counts of Intimidation. The charges arose in January 2024 at the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center, where Luke made threats to correction officers while incarcerated.

He is sentenced to 6 ½ years in the Department of Corrections.

His sentence will run consecutive to other sentences he is currently serving.

Luke was also convicted in February on another case of intimidation involving an attorney who represented him.
