Death Investigation Underway In Gallatin Co.

A Warsaw man was found deceased in a vehicle on Monday morning.

(Warsaw, Ky.) – A deceased male was located inside a vehicle in Gallatin County on Monday morning.

Kentucky State Police responded to Steeles Bottom Road to assist the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Department around 11:45 a.m.

According to a news release, the male located inside the vehicle may have been involved in a collision. The victim, identified as James Beach, 56, of Warsaw, had previously been entered as missing by the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Department.

The preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle exited the roadway for an unknown reason.

At this time, drugs are believed to be a possible contributing factor.

No other information has been provided at this time.
