Dearborn County remains in yellow status for COVID-19 spread.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Health Department has released its latest COVID-19 Morbidity and Morality Report.
According to the report, 214 county residents were tested for COVID-19 between March 1-7, down from 294 a week prior.
Of the tests performed, 171 came back negative while 43 were positive.
As of today, Dearborn County remains in yellow status on the Indiana State Department of Health’s color-coded map with a 7-day all tests positivity rate of 7.24 percent, down from 7.33 percent a week ago.
According to the DCHD, 21 individuals age 51-80 tested positive for the virus over the past seven days, the most of any age group.
The county has reported one COVID-19 related death over the past seven days.
