Collaborative Effort Saves Majority of Home, Contents from Fire

Multiple agencies assisted Bright Fire on Wednesday night.

(Bright, Ind.) - Multiple local agencies responded to a structure fire on Wednesday night in Dearborn County.

Bright Fire and EMS received the initial dispatch for a fire on Murray Road.

Interior crews were joined by Lawrenceburg Fire. Crews from Greendale and Miller-York assisted in pulling ceiling to access and extinguish all remaining fire.

While the residence sustained some fire and smoke damage, the majority of the home and its contents were saved.
