The curbside service is available to customers beginning Tuesday, October 13 at the Aurora, Milan and West Harrison – St. Leon branches. Curbside assistance is coming soon at Lawrenceburg locations along U.S. 50 and Stateline Road.
With the service, customers can avoid a lobby visit and conduct select non-cash transactions from the comfort of their vehicles.

• Pick Up or Drop Off Documents
• File Transaction Disputes
• New Deposit Account Opening
Customers can follow an easy, three step process to utilize Civista Curbside Service. First, they will call a participating branch to schedule a Curbside appointment. Next, when they arrive for their appointment at the branch, they will park in a designated Curbside Service spot. Finally, they will let the branch know they have arrived by calling the number listed on the parking sign and their Civista Banker will be out to assist them with their transaction.
