(Greendale, Ind.) – The City of Greendale will host a Community Shred Day.
A mobile shred truck will be available for residents to shred their confidential documents for free on Saturday, June 26 from 9:00 a.m. to noon in the Utility Office parking lot at 510 Ridge Avenue.
Participants will be asked to remain in their vehicles and place boxes or bags of documents in the trunk or back of the vehicle, where a volunteer can remove the items.
In addition, participants are asked to remove any paper clips, binder clips, rubber bands, cardboard, 3-ring binders, CDs, hard drives, plastics, and back-up tapes. Documents and files should be placed in boxes or paper bags.
There is no limit for residents.
