(Florence, Ky.) - Florence Police responded to Mall Road and Mall Access on Saturday night for a report of a two-vehicle collision.
The preliminary investigation indicated that one of the drivers was traveling northbound on Mall Road in the southbound lanes, which led to the head-on collision.
Michelle Littleton, 56, of Cincinnati, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
One occupant in the other vehicle involved was transported to St. Elizabeth Florence with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Florence Police Department Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating this collision. Anyone with information regarding this collision is asked to contact the Accident Reconstruction Team.
